Hardware setup
The hardware for the AutoSperm system is shown in the following picture.
A zoom drawing tube is attached to the microscope.
The digitizing tablet is placed as close to the microscope as possible.
The black template with the white grid is positioned under the transparent plastic cover of the digitizing tablet,
so that the grid is in the center of the microscopic visual field.
